Your contract is with Lemon Holidays, 304, RG Complex, Plot No.8, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi -110075 India.
A contract exists between us when we have confirmed you on our tour of your choice and we have received the deposits. We can only accept booking by signed documents or by email, as this confirms that you and other people on the tour accept our booking terms and condition and are entering into the Lemon Holidays Terms & Conditions contract. All Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of 50% advance of the Gross amount of Holiday package or Tour at the time of confirmation of the Tour or Holiday Package either within India or outside the India.
Amendment in Travel Plan
If, after your confirmation of the package or Tour, you wish to change your travel arrangement in any way, for your chosen departure date or accommodation, we will do utmost to make these changes. It will be based on availability status but it may not always be possible.
All payments should be made in favor of Lemon Holidays by cash, Cheque, Demand Draft, Credit card, Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS) or Wire Transfer. There will be a surcharge of 2.5% if you make the payment by credit card – which will be added to your invoice.
All booking during peak season or High Season, over Christmas or New Year period will be confirmed only on receipt of 100% advance Payment.
Cancellation & Refund
Once the booking confirmed and deposit has been received, along with a receipt for the paid amount. For F.I.T, the balance payment must be paid 15 days prior to the tour departure and for Group 20 Days prior to the tour departure. Any booking made within 14 working days of the tour departure is considered to be late booking for which the full and final payment is required at the same time of booking. Failure to pay the balance within the specified period will result in the cancellation of the booking, and cancellation fee will apply.
If any guest or member of the group wishes to cancel the holiday package or Tour, you must notify us in writing. The person who signed the booking contract must also sign the letter of cancellation, cancellation charges will apply on the same.
Over Christmas or New Year or during Peak Season or High Season or during the Tour or Package, no refund will apply.

We do our best to have trouble free holidays for our Guest but occasionally something happens then you may complaint against this. Kindly pass your comments to Lemon Holidays Manager at the time, who will do everything possible to resolve the matter immediately. If the situation is not resolved to your satisfaction, then you must notify to the company within 7 days. If you do not write or Call us during the tour/package or within 7 days to us. It will affect the investigation and outcome of the complaint then we won’t take any responsibility of the same.
Right of Amendment
Tour once commenced will strictly go as per the itinerary. In case of events and circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to change all or parts of the contents of the itinerary for safety and well being of our esteemed passengers.
If any inconvenience occur during your stay in any Hotel or Resort during the Tour or Package, only Hotel management will be liable for the same.
During Christmas & New Year eve if Hotels / Resort has any extra charges for Christmas & New Year eve Celebration then Guest need to pay all extra directly to the Hotel / Resort.
Our tour package price does not include guide charges, entry fees of the monuments, food and meals (except those mentioned in services included in your package), video camera charges, any insurance, visa, inner line permits or passport services, emergency evacuation charges or any refund for the same reason, Any Air Fare, Airport Taxes etc. that are not mentioned in the list of the services or package included.
We reserve the right to revise the tour price in case of any substantial revision in government tax structure, fuel price or air/ train fare. However, we will absorb marginal difference or shall pass on the difference of rates (supplement/reduction whatever applicable) to you.
We do not take any responsibility for Vaccines & Visas. Please make sure this is done before you leave your country or state.
The Company shall, in no circumstances whatsoever is liable to the client or any person traveling with him or her for: Any death, personal injury, sickness accidents, loss delay, discomfort, increased expenses, consequential loss and / or damage or theft howsoever caused.
Any person who has a contagious disease is forbidden to travel, any person found during the tour with such a disease will be asked to leave the tour and will have to make their own arrangements to return home.
Please note that standard check-in / Check-out time in all hotels are 1200 Hrs. (IST). Therefore cost of early check-in or late check-out is not included in the tour cost. We can always make a request for early check-in or late checkout if required but we do not guarantee that, that entirely depend upon the Hotel Policy and availability of the room.
Please note, cost of the vehicle (car / coaches with the driver) is not included in the tour or package, after transfer or after sightseeing until or unless it is mentioned in the Itinerary or package included.
Lemon Holidays are unable to take liability for commercial arrangements out of our control such as natural disasters, industrial disputes, reason of threat or war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activities, technical problems to the transport, extreme weather conditions, closure of the airports and sea ports and similar event out of our control, or are due to unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the control.
If any disputes between the guest & the company (Lemon Holidays, 304, RG Complex, Plot No.8, Sector 5, Dwarka, New Delhi -110075 India), are subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi, India only.
